Biden Weighs Mandatory COVID-19 Vaccination For Federal Employees

Washington – President Joe Biden said Tuesday that COVID-19 vaccination is being “considered” mandatory for federal workers as the delta variant is spreading across the United States and a significant numbers of Americans remain reluctant to get vaccinated.

Following a speech at the office of the National Director of Intelligence, Biden claimed that his government was considering the possibility in response to a reporter’s question.

Meanwhile, the Department of Veterans Affairs yesterday became the first federal agency to make vaccination against COVID-19 mandatory for its health workers.
