The company estimates starting with the power cuts in two phases: the first between midnight on Tuesday and 6:00 pm on Wednesday, and the second between 5:00 pm on Wednesday and 12:00 pm on Thursday. PG&E also said that customers could experience blackouts even if the area they live in is not going through extreme weather conditions.
