Donald Trump Denied The Use Of Prince's Music

The company that manages the heritage of singer Prince showed his discontent after President Donald Trump used the song "Purple Rain" in his campaign event in Minneapolis. The foundation made it clear through a tweet, "It will never give President Trump permission to use Prince's songs." This adds to the list of artists asking President Donald Trump not to use their songs in political events, including: Neil Young, Rihanna, REM, Adele, Rolling Stones, Pharrell Williams, Queen, George Harrison Estate, Steven Tyler and Twisted Sister.
