New York – The president of the United States, Donald Trump, was greeted with boos at his entrance to Madison Square Garden to witness the UFC 244 mixed martial arts billboard.
Trump's assistance was reported by various means in the days leading up to the billboard, and the president finally arrived before 10:00 p.m., just before the stellar fights of the evening began. Trump was not announced by the sand speakers, nor presented on the screens. The public quickly noticed his presence as the president walked through the first level and greeted the public.
Trump is a close friend of UFC President Dana White, who supported the campaign of the now president.RELATED

Even in the hours before the event, dozens of demonstrators congregated outside the New York Coliseum to protest Trump's presence.
It is the second time in a week that Trump is greeted with boos at a sporting event. Last Sunday, the president attended the fifth World Series match in Washington D.C. between the Nationals and the Houston Astros. That night, the president was booed when he appeared on the screens of the Nationals Park.
UFC 244 is one of the main sporting events on Saturday night, and it has become the first global trend in the social network Twitter.
In the first rows near the octagon is also Puerto Rican baseball player Carlos Correa, of the Astros, who published a ‘story’ on the Instagram social network once he entered Madison Square Garden.
