Just as China did with Argentina, for example, the United States wants to replicate the good work in health.
All this turns out to be a strategic program to recover or maintain the link with certain countries in the Americas and avoid being seduced by China.
The president of the United States has already promised respirators and health aid to Colombia, Ecuador, Paraguay, El Salvador, Honduras and Bolivia.
