Donald Trump Tweeted Photo With The Physicist Rocky And Networks Make Fun Of Him – Tomatazos

President Donald Trump once again set Twitter on fire with a photo montage he shared from his own account and, of course, he instantly received hundreds of thousands of reactions that went from retweets to comments and memes. The image shows his face on the body of boxer Rocky Balboa, the character played by actor Sylvester Stallone in the famous films about the athlete that so far continues to appear on the big screen. The image is one of those used to promote the third film in the saga, and the background was changed by what appears to be one of the photographs of a campaign event in Florida, where he said that the liberals wanted to change the name of Thanksgiving holiday (which by the way is false).

At the moment there are more than 100 thousand retweets, 330 thousand likes and 80 thousand comments generated by the image, and although the president has not answered anyone through the social network, he retweeted the comment of Piers Morgan, recognized British journalist and presenter, who only reacted with some emoticons. But Trump's publication is no accident, although we will never know if it is just a coincidence for him, since today, November 27, it is a day that has an important meaning in the series of films of this character, whose first part of the story reached theaters in 1976 and now continues with a series of spin-offs.

On November 27, 1985, that is, 34 years ago today, the fourth installment of the saga starring Rocky Balboa was released. Yes, Rocky IV – 40% arrived that day on the big screen and it is another film that contains one of the most iconic scenes of that activity, which was the fight between Rocky and the Russian Ivan Drago, who played the original actor of Sweden Dolph Lundgren, at the time, and then repeated in the sequel to Creed: Heart of Champion – 94%.

More than three decades ago Balboa defeated the seemingly indestructible Drago who lived a humiliating defeat, but this does not seem to be a sign for Trump, who has rained criticism and comparisons of Drago with Russian President Vladimir Putin. However, media such as Marca point out that it is a nod to Stallone, who was at the White House in May to get the presidential pardon for the late heavyweight boxer Jack Johnson, the first black heavyweight boxing champion of history He lost his title when he was convicted in 1913 for maintaining a relationship with a white woman.

He recently became the center of a new controversy when he declared that he plans to include Mexican drug cartels in a list of terrorist organizations. For his part, the president of Mexico, Andrés Manuel López Obrador, said he has no intention of generating more controversy with comments made publicly but said that the Foreign Secretary, Marcelo Ebrard, will be responsible for following up on the issue. "Cooperation yes, interventionism no," said López Obrador.

Here are some of Donald Trump's hilarious reactions to photomontage:

This morning, Trump tweeted this iconic photo of Sylvester Stallone (without the film's title), but with Trump's head on Stallone's body. I want to see the first half of Rocky III, just to be able to see Clubber Lang hitting his butt.

I understand, because Rocky technically loses in the first and then just ends up doing a lot of nonsense.

I get it, because Rocky technically loses in the first one but then ends up doing a ton of insane shit anyway. https://t.co/WH3hqhnxNh

Could someone put Rocky's head from the third movie on Donald Trump's body? You know, just for fun and laughs.
