Iraq Decides To Resume Joint Operations With The Coalition Against ISIS

 

The Iraqi Army decided on Thursday to resume operations with the US-led international coalition.

They are joining in fighting the jihadist group Islamic State (ISIS), almost three weeks after they were suspended after the death of Iranian commander Qasem Soleimaní.

“The office of the general commander decides to carry out joint work with the international coalition in the fight against ISIS,” the official Iraqi agency INA reported.
