Karlezi Achieves Control Of Las Condes Clinic For Minimal Advantage

Businesswoman Cecilia Karlezi, one of the heiresses of the Falabella clan, achieved her goal of keeping control of the Las Condes Clinic (CLC).

Karlezi managed to close the Public Offer of Shares (OPA) today, buying 22.68% of CLC in the process, obtaining 50.052% of the shares of the site.

The intention of Karlezi, who had been increasing his participation in the hospital, is to modify the business model, moving the focus to the care of patients and removing doctors from the executive management of the site, among other plans.
