LeBron Scores 46 And Lakers Beat Cavs 115-108

CLEVELAND (AP) – LeBron James went into an offensive frenzy in the final period on what used to be his home court, scoring 23 of his 46 points to keep the Los Angeles Lakers undefeated on the road with a 115-108 win over the Cleveland Cavaliers on Monday.

Anthony Davis added 17 points to help the NBA champions improve to 10-0 away from home. Los Angeles’ triumph occurred on the eve of the first anniversary of the tragic death of Lakers legend Kobe Bryant in a helicopter crash.

James hit 9 on 10 attempts in the fourth period, struggling to keep up after hitting a grueling 10-meter (34-foot) triple just before the 24-second clock expired to put the Lakers up 103-98.

Then James hit another triple and then spun for one more shot before shaking his head off the Cleveland bench.

Andre Drummond scored 25 and added 17 rebounds for the Cavaliers, who were beaten by a 38-point difference in Boston on Sunday.
