Musk Says He Has 146 Thousand Orders For Tesla Electric Truck

LOS ANGELES (AP) – Elon Musk said Saturday that Tesla has received 146,000 orders for his new electric truck since the automaker presented the futuristic vehicle days ago.

The CEO of Tesla said in a tweet that 17% of the orders of the "Cybermower" in the form of a wedge are for the single-engine model, 42% for the twin-engine and 41% for the trimotor.

The much anticipated presentation suffered a mishap when its supposedly unbreakable window shattered with the impact of a metal ball. Some analysts criticized the square and angular aspect of the truck.
