The N-95 protective masks, which were produced by a local company and meet international safety and health standards, will be delivered to more than 2,500 doctors, nurses and other workers who are part of the local health network.
The respirators will also be installed in the intensive care unit of the Adelita de Char university hospital, in Barranquilla, the center designated by the authorities to be the first line of defense in the care of patients infected with coronavirus.
