For the seventh consecutive year, the list is headed by Apple, Google and Amazon, which together add up to a value of more than $ 527,000 million.
The American marketing consultant Interbrand has published this week a list of the 100 most valuable brands in the world in 2019, a classification that for the seventh consecutive year is led by companies in the technology sector Apple, Google and Amazon.
These three companies together add up to a value of more than 527,000 million dollars. In the 'top ten' they follow, in this order, Microsoft, Coca-Cola, Samsung, Toyota, Mercedes-Benz, McDonald's and Disney.RELATED
Two new additions
The predominant sector is the automotive industry, with 15 brands, followed by financial services, with 12 brands, technology, luxury and consumer goods, with 9 brands each.
While some companies have revalued over the previous year, such as MasterCard (+25%), the value of others has fallen, as is the case of the multinational General Electric (-22%).
The list incorporates two new firms, Uber (87th) and LinkedIn (98th), and one that had not been in that ranking for six years, the multinational specialized in computer science Dell (63rd).
