The Collaborator Of “El Chapo” And "El Mayo" Is Extradited To The US

CDMX.- Elements of the Federal Ministerial Police (PFM) of the Attorney General's Office (FGR) delivered in extradition to Luis “A” close collaborator of Joaquín "El Chapo" Guzmán and Ismael "El Mayo" Zambada.

The FGR reported that Luis "A" is required by a Federal Court of Texas for his probable responsibility in the commission of crimes of criminal association, organized crime, health, money laundering and possession of weapons.

Federal authorities identify him as a member of the Sinaloa Cartel where he was responsible for coordinating the importation and distribution of large quantities of cocaine and marijuana from Ciudad Juárez, Mexico to El Paso Texas, United States of America.


It is also indicated for dealing with firearms and coordinating with the criminal organization the money laundering of the profits obtained from their criminal activity.

Therefore, it was one of the most sought-after Mexican targets by the United States Drug Control Agency (DEA), and considered one of the operational leaders of the Sinaloa Cartel.

Once all stages of the extradition procedure were exhausted, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs (SRE) issued an agreement whereby the delivery of Luis “A” to the US government was granted.

This agreement was signed by what was delivered at the International Airport of the City of Toluca, State of Mexico, where the U.S. agents received it. Marshals Service designated for final transfer to the US.
