David Garza, Executive President of Tecnológico de Monterrey, inaugurated the eighth annual edition of this meeting (for the first time in a completely online format), in which 204 speakers will participate with an audience of 40,000 people connected in 150 countries on five continents.

Garza stressed that in the current context in which individual well-being is essential to face new educational, labor and social challenges, the Tecmilenio University, the institution that organized this meeting, has great merit.

“The Tecmilenio University has done an excellent job to promote the well-being of its students, teachers and collaborators and, through this event, it provides practical tools to the international community for the integral well-being of all people,” said Garza.

Bruno Zepeda, rector of Tecmilenium, said that this virtual meeting will help the public from all over the world to broaden their horizons and create more positive environments that lead to happiness.

“We especially want to see how, by being positive and resilient, we can take advantage of a situation that can be overwhelming for many. The route and the destination of this trip are the same: well-being in all aspects of our life, ”said Zepeda.

On the other hand, Rosalinda Ballesteros, Director of the Institute of Happiness Sciences of the Tecmilenio University, commented that the objective of Wellbeing 360 is also to improve family interaction.

“The tools that are offered will help them find better ways to live together and be able to achieve all of their goals,” said Ballesteros.

He also highlighted that Well-Being 360 will focus on five thematic axes: positive organizations, well-being in education, meaningful life, positive families and prosperous cities.
